Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

Note: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened products

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, you can return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you about the approval

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refund method:

  • Bank transfer or mobile wallet (for COD orders)

Return Shipping
